HARRIS COUNTY; HOUSTON, TX

Landmark Consulting, LLC was utilized as a team member on the Harris County, Texas emergency response effort due to major damages caused by Hurricane Harvey. We provided expertise in the FEMA Public Assistance Program, specifically, Debris (Category A) Operations and Emergency Protective Measures (Category B).

 

The compliance team worked to identify all emergency response activities performed by various precincts and departments and collected documentation to support their claims. The documentation included all force account labor records, materials and supplies.  Our method and approach accounted for a claim for over $45,000,000 in Debris operations and over $20,000,000 in Emergency Protective Measures. All expenses were tracked and supported for uploading into FEMA Portal.
