The Document Control/Administrator ensures effective control, distribution, traceability, retention and retrievability of hard copy and electronic documents for our clients (e.g., procedures, plans, manuals and contracts and) confidential records.
Ideal candidates will have a background in disaster recovery, municipal administration, finance, economics, public policy, accounting, or related area and a track record of consistent academic and professional accomplishments. We are looking for individuals who can join the team immediately in a fast-paced, challenging environment and commit to long-term recovery effort assignments.
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team and performs routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching and pursuing potential public and private funding sources, as well as developing relationships with potential funders. As necessary, this position will coordinate with fund personnel and other stakeholders.
