Anthony (Tony) Faciane is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Landmark Consulting. He brings 30 years of experience of administering federally funded programs in the City of New Orleans as well as implementing disaster recovery initiatives in response to Hurricane Katrina. As Neighborhood Stabilization Director with the City of New Orleans (retired), he directed the key components of federally funded programs for over 10 years; Construction Administration, Client Certification, Affordable Housing and Planning and Development. In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Tony implemented disaster recovery initiatives. He coordinated these activities with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Governor’s Office of Homeland SecurityTony was also the Certifying Officer for the City of New Orleans administering the Environmental and Historic Review requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act.
