Landmark is providing support to the City through schedule and cost management support including risk management and project delivery process improvements. This is accomplished by an analysis of data required to plan and manage project schedules and budgets. The overarching goal of project controls is to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. Our team controls the schedule by regularly updating and re-planning to adapt to changes. We assist with development of accurate cost estimates, monitoring project cost, and improve and standardize business processes.
