PROGRAM ANALYST

Paul assists on various projects with defined deliverables, managing the scope, timeline, budget and quality through the duration of the project. By conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports, Paul is able to assess and advise on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance. Paul works closely with program managers with the development of tracking measures to ensure that projects remain on schedule and on budget. He determines project requirements and analyzes programs, policies, procedures, and systems in order to make recommendations to optimize these. Paul provides accurate schedule and financial statuses regularly for all active projects, maximizing the effectiveness of operations and Landmark’s resources.
