Cris brings project management and coordinating experience along with a finance background to the Landmark team. With his strong analytical skills and work in finance, Cris measures differences in baseline budgets, forecasts final costs and prepares write-up reports for the cost performance. His main objective as cost controller is to manage the delivery of the project within the approved budget. Currently, Cris is a part of the controls team for the New Orleans Capital Projects Administration. Cris has already adapted to the Primavera P6 software that he uses on a daily basis and finds the problem-solving aspect of his job the most enjoyable.
